At 11:00 A.m. Jeffrey was taken to I.S.K the seminary of Iligan Diocese in extacy and recieve Holy communion from Saint Michael. After the angel left Jeffrey our Lady appeared and give message for the world.
Our Lady then told Jeffrey to start a group that will make her maternal concerns to her children felt, thus annointing the hands of Jeffrey Our Lady said: "TOUCH THEM, AND THEY WILL RECEIVE MY BLESSING AND THAT OF MY SON."

During also Jeffrey's visit to Cagayan de Oro City with friends the infant Jesus appeared to the three as an ordinary child. Lets listent to Jeffrey's testimonies:
It was 7:00 A.m. we were preparing to visit the monastery of the Carmelites, seeing in my Table my chopao untouched, I told them to give it to the poor. We are catholics but we rent a room at the UCCP loaging house in Cagayan, at the gate Mrs. Salva noticed a child walking alone. I asked the child where is your mother but he never give any answer. I start to wonder why a child at 2 yrs. old walk alone in this busy street. he wore a whole dress white, and carries his sandal on his left hand, I gave him my chopao, he accepted it, then my eyes were open, I am very happy, I dont notice my self jumping infront of the child calling Him Jesus 8 times, the child just look at me. As he left with my chopao, we three talked why he is not wearing his sandal. to our amazement, even if he is far he still hears our wispering and face us. drop his sandal and wore it. I wave my hand in goodbye. Then it came to my mind to bring the child with us. So on board the taxi we searced every possible streets but no sign of Him.
As we arrive in Carmel we saw the Image of the Infant Jesus carried by Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, has a great similarity. and also to the original Infant Jesus of Prague.
I invite you to visit Carmel of Cagayan to see the infant Jesus who accept my chopao.... I never knew favorite pala ni Lord chopao.hehehe.
